Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing triblear.com or enrolling in any Triblear course, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. The services

Triblear provides online business and management courses, including self-paced material, live cohort sessions, templates, and related resources ("Services"). We may update, add, or discontinue parts of the Services to improve them or for operational reasons.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Plans, billing & renewal

We offer Starter, Professional, and Premium plans on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans are billed once per year and reflect the discounted rate shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and applicable taxes may apply.

You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops further charges but does not, by itself, refund the current period except as set out below.

5. Refund guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you start a paid plan and decide within seven (7) days that it is not right for you, contact info@triblear.com for a full refund of that initial payment. Refund requests made after the 7-day window are handled at our discretion and in line with applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or redistribute course content or your access credentials;
• copy, record, or republish our materials except as expressly permitted;
• use the Services unlawfully, or to harass, harm, or impersonate others;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, text, graphics, logos, templates, and software on triblear.com are owned by Triblear or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. When you enrol, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your own learning. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Results disclaimer

Our courses are educational. Any outcomes, statistics, or testimonials described on our site reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of any specific result, promotion, salary increase, or business performance. Your results depend on your own effort, role, and circumstances.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, maps or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triblear and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Triblear harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the Services in a way that could harm Triblear or others. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
